Shell Canada Ltd. Donates $20,000 to School District #60 to Support Student Safety Training<\/p>\n
[Fort St. John, BC] \u2013 November 22nd, 2024<\/p>\n
Shell Canada Ltd. has generously donated $20,000 to School District #60\/Peace River North to support vital safety training for students, equipping them with essential skills and certifications to meet industry requirements.<\/p>\n
This funding enables students to participate in Occupational First Aid and H2S Alive training programs, helping break down barriers to employment and paving the way for future success. These certifications not only enhance student safety knowledge but also meet prerequisites for dual credit programs offered at Northern Lights College, bridging the gap between high school and post-secondary education.<\/p>\n
