Students in the NPSS Senior Alternate program asked if they could send a thank you to the community. We’ve included their message and photos from their recent project below.<\/div>\n

The Senior Alternate Program at NPSS recently organized a project<\/a> to raise funds and collect supplies for the FSJ Warming Centre. With the generous help of our community we managed to raise $1,450 through bottle drive and cash donations. We also received donations like kitchen items, non-perishable food, and warm clothing. Along with the donations and a cheque for $1200, we purchased supplies such as hygiene products, socks, and laundry detergent for the Centre. We sincerely thank the bottle depot staff (FSJ Return-It) for their amazing work. We would also like to thank Home Hardware for spreading our message as well as businesses and members of our community for coming together to support the Warming Centre. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
