Walk the Solar System is a partnership project between School District 60 and the City of Fort St John. Thanks to the participating classes, teachers, students, and sponsors, this project represents what appears to be the largest scale model of the solar system in Canada at 8600 metres.

Each solar body featured has a web page dedicated to it. Over the years, we hope to have students and classes contribute a variety of content to them and to the site. On each solar body page students have already submitted fun facts, some of which have been compiled and used on the signs along the City’s bypass walking trail.
