On February 29, 2012 the Taylor Leadership Class promoted Pink Shirt Day. To start their Pink Shirt Day Campaign Leadership Students sold Pink Shirt Day t-shirts to students and staff, eventually selling 75 shirts. They also sold 96 Pink Shirt Day Buttons from February 1-29! House Teams were challenged to earn points for their House Teams by wearing pink on February 29. They earned $170.00 from their sell out bake sale to purchase books and videos about Bullying for the school’s library. Students purchased pink glazed doughnuts and pink frosted cupcakes, which leadership students baked and decorated before and after school!
