The cheque was presented on Friday, April 29th to support the purchase of musical instruments for a music program that we are implementing at Upper Halfway Elementary School for grades K-7.
Upper Pine students raise funds for Japan
Students at Upper Pine held a 24 hour “No Speak-thon” to raise money for the Red Cross. More than $2500 was collected. All proceeds will be donated to the relief efforts in Japan.
