Thank you! – Meals program donation
Thank you to Kim with Sand & Stone Jewelry who raised funds for the SD60 meals program, and to the Fort St John Firefighters Charitable Society who matched those funds for a generous donation of $3000.

Thank you to the FSJ Firefighters Charitable Society who donated 113 backpacks & 154 lunch kits. Thank you also to Staples who have donated an assortment of school supplies!
Accessibility in SD60
School District 60 has worked with northern school districts to create an accessibility committee and plan to help identify and remove barriers that people with disabilities face when interacting with our organization in their day-to-day lives.
Announcement – Wonowon School Construction Funding
Exciting things are happening at Wonowon School!
In addition to a new grade 7-9 program starting this fall, the Ministry of Education and Child Care has announced funding for new school construction starting in the summer of 2024.Air Quality – Smoky Conditions
During times of wildfires, the District actively monitors the situation to ensure that our schools remain a safe environment for our students and staff.
