SD 60 Board Selects New Superintendent
SD 60 Trustees have confirmed Assistant Superintendent Stephen Petrucci as the school district’s next Superintendent. Petrucci will take over from retiring Superintendent Dave Sloan who is stepping down in October.

The Confident Parents: Thriving Kids – Anxiety Program is being funded for families in British Columbia. It is a skill-building program designed to help parents support their children aged 3–12 who experience mild to moderate anxiety or behaviour challenges.

Reporting Pilot in SD60 2018-2019

In June of 2018 the Ministry of Education requested Districts to participate in a Reporting Pilot for the 2018-2019 school year.
Skills Canada Regional Results
Students from School District #60 participated in the Skills Canada Regional Competition in Dawson Creek on February 22nd, 2019. Students had a chance to showcase their talents in Trades and Technology and explore future career pathways.
