The Superintendent reported that over 100 parents attended the 1st Annual Parent Conference. Parents were amazed with the quality of local speakers and asked that this conference continue in the future. The one-day conference for parents was held on Saturday, May 3, 2008. The purpose of the conference is to promote quality communication between parents and educators, and to explore ways for parents, educators, and the community to work collaboratively to help students.
