French Immersion Students from Ecole Central and Bert Bowes enjoyed activities today for Carnaval which included Crepes and sausages in the morning, games and activities outside and “La Tire” or “Tire sur la neige”. Tire sure la neige is also called Tire d’érable or known in english as Maple Taffy. Whatever you call it, it is very sweet and makes a bit of a mess!
